HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Every piece is made to order and usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All jewelry and watches are prepared and shipped by our fulfilment partner in Florida, USA, directly to you.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • UK: 3–10 business days
  • Canada: 4–10 business days
  • Australia: 8–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during busy seasons or due to customs.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to the USA, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Our digital products (such as our eBook) are delivered instantly by email and download link – no shipping required.

WILL I PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT FEES?

As orders ship from the USA, international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country on delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please first check your tracking link and your spam folder for our shipping email. If your order still hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, write to us at info@somefancyjewelry.com with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

As each piece is made especially for you, changes or cancellations are only possible before production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@somefancyjewelry.com.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT

If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn’t what you ordered, please email us a photo and your order number within 30 days. We’ll make it right under our 30-day Happiness Guarantee. Please don’t return any item without contacting us first. See our Refund Policy for full details.
