REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your gift. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Damaged, defective or wrong item: 30-day Happiness Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@somefancyjewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most cases you won’t need to send the item back.

2. Changed your mind? 14-day right to cancel (UK & EU)
For non-personalised items, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at info@somefancyjewelry.com within that period, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unused and in their original packaging and gift box. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and we will send you the return address and instructions. This right also applies to sale items.

3. Items that cannot be returned for change of mind

  • Personalised items, e.g. message cards or engravings with names or text you chose, because they are made specially for you. They are of course still covered by our Happiness Guarantee if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Digital products (e.g. the eBook How to Write Meaningful Love Letters). These are delivered instantly, and by completing your purchase you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download is available. If your file is faulty or you did not receive your link, contact us within 30 days and we will send a working copy or refund you.
  • Gift cards.

Printed editions of our books are physical products and follow sections 1 and 2.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to process it. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.

5. Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original (where eligible) and place a new order.
